Dedicated to doing things right and doing the right thing, Charles is the third-generation owner and current leader and visionary of Armour Equipment. Over the last 25 years with the company, he has transitioned over a multitude of positions, gaining valuable business and industry experience. Accompanied with his Bachelors Degree in Business and numerous other technical trainings; his experience, education, and strong personal skills have helped position the company as a preferred and reputable employer and trusted scaffolding provider.

Hard working and diligent, Richard began in the construction industry in 1987 as a labourer for PCL construction. Within six weeks, he was recognized for his ability to understand and learn quickly whatever was put before him. Over 14 years with PCL, he worked his way up from Labourer, to Apprentice Carpenter, Journeyman and finishing his tenure as a valued Supervisor. Looking for a new opportunity and challenge, Richard began his scaffolding career in the industrial sector. Now with over 30 years experience, two Journeyman trade designations, and a multitude of safety and leadership trainings, he is someone you can trust to get you where you need to go safely and within your schedule.

Senior Estimator \ Project Manager
Since the early 1980’s, George has worked in the Alberta construction scene starting as a labourer in the booming high-rise era, achieving his carpentry Red Seal Certificate in 1988. Shortly after, he shifted gears and began his scaffolding career working for most of the scaffold companies and major contractors within Alberta. In 2008, George put his skills, training and experience to work as an Estimator for Armour Equipment. He enjoys the continual challenges scaffolding provides and the opportunity to meet new people and find efficient and effective solutions to the problems he is presented daily. Providing his clients with as much relevant and practical information as possible to help their projects be successful, is what rewards him the most about his job.

Estimator \ Project Manager
Starting in the scaffolding industry over 20 years ago, Heath has worked across two provinces on numerous jobsites in all sectors; including industrial, commercial, institutional and residential. He feels strongly that both learning and teaching are the responsibilities of a true tradesman and strives to be the best at both. He takes immense pride and passion in furthering the industry by helping to prepare the next generation of scaffolders for the job. As a Project Manager with Armour Equipment, Heath now provides the leaders of the local construction industry with consultation, recommendations, design and cost estimates for any scaffolding challenge of any size and on any project put across his desk.

Equally passionate about his family and his career, Anando’s focus is on helping others achieve success. Starting as a carpenter over 13 years ago, he has aggressively pursued excellence and advanced his career progressively from the tools, to supervisor, and now enjoys the responsibility of enhancing his clients’ success. As a quick learner, he embraces the challenges of scaffolding design and the opportunities it provides him to continue his journey of learning and development. With many successful projects and trainings under his belt, he strives to provide the highest level of standards and service in the industry.

Scaffold Rental Specialist
With a passion for working with his hands, Aaron ventured away from a successful sales career of over 8 years in Halifax and began his start in the trades as a carpenter. Moving to Calgary in 2014 for a better opportunity to apply his skills, he transitioned from wood to steel and began a scaffolding apprenticeship with Armour Equipment. Top of his class, he advanced to Journeyman Scaffolder in only two years. With the birth of his son Henry in 2016 he shifted gears and realized his ultimate value lied in combining his strong work ethic, background in world class customer service, and his technical scaffolding experience to become the next great Scaffold Rental Specialist.

Safety & Quality Coordinator
Sascha started his career with Stuart Olson as a laborer while still in High School. Over the years he has had the opportunity to work in various fields, such as heavy equipment operations, transportation, Oil & Gas shutdowns/operations and production. Sascha has worked as an employee and a manager, running crews with up to 2500 people. During this time, he discovered a passion for Safety and decided to take his hands-on knowledge and put it to use in a field where he felt there was significant room for improvement.
He has spent the past 10 years in safety specializing in many different areas and creating the strongest safety culture possible. He is happy to finally have found his fit with Armour Equipment and looks forward to a long and exciting adventure with them.
